The block is called "double pinwheels" from the quilt pattern in this magazine.
I think pink and green makes for a sweet baby quilt!

#17 Baby Madison
Baby Madison is my first commissioned quilt and I have to admit, being paid to quilt is way more stressful than when I am quilting for my own pleasure and gift giving. It was very enjoyable and my friend Tabatha and I had so much fun selecting the fabric...but I guess I was a bit nervous. Anyway, here it is:
